We are committed to providing superior claims resolution, and if necessary, to help get your employees back to work as quickly as possible.

With DMC Insurance you are able to report a new claim 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We will know the best way to contact you through the claims process and commit the following:

EXPERTISE We will provide a transportation expert to resolve your claim.

RESPONSIVE We will take your call. In the event we are not immediately available to answer, we call you back within one business day.

FREQUENCY We will communicate frequently and set communications expectations during the claim process.

If you are submitting documents after first notice of loss, you may also fax the information using a fax cover sheet to 1 (877) 622-6660. Please provide the claim number associated with all documents submitted. You may also scan the documents and email them to your claims professional or to our general claims at Claimsdocs@DMCinsurance.com and please include the claim number in the subject line.

After you’ve reported the claim, you will be assigned a claim adjuster and be given a claim number. The claim adjuster will contact you to confirm the facts of the loss, will determine if coverage applies and evaluate the damages. The claim adjuster will make every effort to efficiently and fairly complete the claim process.
