On March 3rd, 2020, four tornadoes swept through middle Tennessee causing major structural devastation and leaving 25 people dead and hundreds injured. DMC Insurance was heartbroken to hear this news and sprung into action immediately to offer support to our industry partners, insureds, and the people of the communities who were affected by these storms.
“Supporting those in need is a fundamental cornerstone of the DMC Insurance philosophy.”

DMC pledged to double the match of all DMC employee contributions and direct all funds to the Cookeville-Putnam County Tornado Relief Fund. 100% of donations made went directly to the victims living in these affected areas that were impacted by the tornadoes.

Through the generosity and consideration of our employees, DMC was able to raise and donate $8,420 for the Cookeville-Putnam County Tornado Relief Fund. Supporting those in need is a fundamental cornerstone of the DMC Insurance philosophy, and even with the Coronavirus health-crisis looming, our company’s commitment to community and the giving philosophy that resonates through our culture was still able to shine through.

Though we are a small company, our employees came together in the hopes that DMC could have a positive impact on helping middle Tennessee recover and rebuild.
