Sixteen of FedEx Express’ professional truck drivers were certified as Indiana Motor Truck Association Certified Master Truck Drivers at their terminal, in a ceremony, on Wednesday, July 22. DMC was proud to sponsor the Master Truck Driver recognition kits, and DMC’s Brian Runnels was on site at the award ceremony to give recognition to the safe, hard-working drivers being honored.
To be nominated and subsequently certified as a Master Truck Driver, an individual must achieve either one million miles or ten years of accident-free driving, be violation-free for the past three years, have a record of educational or community service activities, and be employed by an IMTA member company.
