Meeting Registration

We look forward to hosting you in Indianapolis! By submitting a completed registration form below, you will register for the business meeting. DMC will reserve a hotel room for your stay, and we will arrange airport transportation based on the information you provide. Should your travel plans change after registering, please contact Lisa Ukleja at 309-648-2644 or lukleja@dmcinsurance.com so we can adjust your reservation.

A shuttle will transport guests to DMC headquarters from the hotel for the business meeting. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 12:00 PM and return at approximately 5:15 PM.
