We drive quality outcomes as quickly as possible in order to reduce your cost of risk.  We do this by responding aggressively and immediately.  We work closely with our handpicked nationwide network of adjusters and defense attorneys, use the latest technology in claims reporting, and continuously follow up until your claim is resolved.  We are committed to providing superior claims resolution, and if necessary, to help get your employees back to work as quickly as possible.

With DMC Insurance you are able to report a new claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We will know the best way to contact you through the claims process and commit the following:

Report a Claim

You may also submit a claim through email at newclaim@dmcinsurance.com. Please be sure to include the claim number in the subject line.  You may also use our online C&F Connect Portal to report any claims.  If you are submitting documents after first notice of loss, you may also fax cover sheet to 1 (877) 622-6218 including the number associated in all documents. 

After you’ve reported the claim, you will be assigned a claim adjuster and be given a claim number. The claim adjuster will contact you to confirm the facts of the loss, will determine if coverage applies and evaluate the damages. The claim adjuster will make every effort to efficiently and fairly complete the claim process.
