You may also submit a claim through email at newclaim@dmcinsurance.com. You may also use our online portal to report any claims. If you are submitting documents after first notice of loss, you may also fax cover sheet to 1.877.622.6218 including the number associated in all documents. It is critical that you report all accidents as soon as possible with all available details.
