DMC congratulates Dennis Shinault, our Director of Risk Engineering Services, for being awarded the Ron Obsitnick Sportsmanship Award at this year’s Indiana Motor Truck Association (IMTA) Truck Driving and Technician Championships. In addition to mentoring young drivers, Dennis has been a loyal volunteer at the event for an impressive 35 years. For the past 25 years, he has showcased his emcee skills as an announcer at the event. This award is in recognition of Dennis’ continued efforts and support of the IMTA.
The all-day event took place on Saturday, June 11th at the Lincoln College of Technology. In addition to being a platinum-level sponsor of this year’s event, DMC had an on-site team of volunteers, including several employees and their family members. Representatives from the DMC Underwriting and Risk Engineering departments attended and brought their unique talents and energy to the event.
