WHEN: Monday, August 12 – Wednesday, August 14.

WHERE: DMC will host guests at the Hotel Carmichael, a luxury hotel located in the heart of downtown Carmel, IN, and approximately 30 minutes north of the Indianapolis airport.

WHO: Executive leadership representing the best trucking companies in the country. Industry-leading speakers and panelists will also be in attendance.

High-level Agenda

MONDAY, AUGUST 12

  • Airport Transportation: DMC will provide and arrange for all applicable guests.
  • Optional Pre-Forum Golf Outing: Shuttles will take you from the hotel, starting at 10:00 AM, to the beautiful River Glen Country Club for a welcome brunch before staggered tee times starting at noon. All skill levels are welcome for this scramble format.
  • Welcome Event: The evening event will be held at the Hotel Carmichael and will include a cocktail hour, dinner, and live entertainment beginning at 6:00 PM.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 13

  • Day 1: Beginning at 8:00 AM, programming will include speaker presentations, panel discussions, and roundtable conversations.
  • Breakfast and Lunch: To be hosted at the Hotel Carmichael.
  • Evening Event: DMC will host an offsite dinner for all attendees.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14

  • Day 2: Programming will include speaker presentations, working sessions, and a forum wrap-up.

  • Breakfast and Lunch: To be hosted at the Hotel Carmichael.
  • Departure: The forum will conclude by 1:30 PM. Airport transportation will be arranged by DMC for all applicable guests.

Business casual dress will be appropriate for all daytime and evening elements of the forum.

Planned breaks will be incorporated into the programming agenda to ensure attendees can respond to emails or hold calls as needed. A detailed agenda will be released closer to the event.

Optional Golf Outing

Join us for a fun day and some friendly competition to kick off our Executive Forum activities. This optional golf outing will feature a four-person, best-ball scramble, ideal for all skill levels, to provide a relaxed and enjoyable experience at the beautiful River Glen Country Club. A shuttle will depart at 10:00 AM from the Hotel Carmichael lobby to take participating guests to the golf course. DMC will host a welcome brunch, followed by staggered tee times starting at noon. This will be an excellent opportunity to get to know your fellow forum attendees before the start of programming.

Hosted accommodations will be provided by DMC at the luxurious Hotel Carmichael, and all forum programming will be held within the venue’s lavishly designed meeting spaces. Forum Agenda

Programming for the forum will be split between Tuesday, August 13 and Wednesday, August 14. The forum sessions will begin at 8:00 AM on Tuesday and conclude by 1:30 PM on Wednesday.

The forum agenda will explore ways to optimize your capital opportunities related to a changing economic, risk, and legal landscape through specialized speakers, insightful panel discussions, and interactive roundtable discussions with fellow industry leaders in attendance. Daytime meals, speaker presentations, roundtables, and panel discussions will all take place in the Hotel Carmichael. Details on the format and session timeline will be provided to each attendee closer to the event.
