Rajeev’s journey to 500 wins is a testament to the power of setting goals and pushing yourself. After winning his first US Open men’s doubles title in 2021, Rajeev returned home to train with his longtime coach, Bryan Smith. During those sessions, Bryan encouraged Rajeev to write down his goals, both short-term and long-term, to help keep him focused and on track. One of those long-term aspirations was to reach 500 tour-level wins.
Reflecting on the accomplishment, Rajeev shared how important it is to pause and appreciate these moments, saying, “It was just the fact that I got there, I think that was pretty cool. It was great for me to feel that and to feel like I wrote something down and achieved it.” Rajeev’s story is a powerful reminder of the value of setting goals, working hard, and taking time to celebrate our achievements.
