As part of our employee benefits package, DMC offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program to foster professional development and career advancement.   • Peyton Manning’s Children’s Hospital – A full-service pediatric hospital dedicated to the needs of children and families.

  • GiGi’s Playhouse – A Down syndrome achievement center that offers free therapeutic, educational, and research-driven programs to individuals of all ages with Down syndrome.
  • Vincent House – A place of peace, rest, and emotional refreshment for families struggling financially with food and lodging costs while a loved one is hospitalized.
  • City of Fishers Youth Mentoring Initiative – Providing support for students in the Hamilton Southeastern school district with funding for their community-focused youth mentorship program.

401(k) Plan

Employee Focused Health & Wellness

DMC provides comprehensive medical benefits and pays approximately 90% of the plan’s costs for employees. We also offer excellent dental and vision coverage and an annual employer contribution to employee HSA accounts.  

Two-Way Street Program

This benefit provides donations to charitable organizations where employees donate their “energy” and “hours.” DMC will make a charitable donation to a qualified 501(c)(3) organization through its “Two-Way Street” program based on your volunteered hours.

Stock Purchase Plan

To further provide for your retirement, we offer the opportunity to invest up to 10% of your salary in the Fairfax Stock Purchase Plan, with each employee contribution being matched by DMC at a level between 30% and 50%. This matching grant, combined with the historically high average growth in Fairfax Financial’s stock value, fosters the creation of meaningful wealth over your career with us. 

Charitable Matching Gift Program

We match employee donations 100% for eligible charitable and educational institutions. The purpose of this program is to encourage participants to financially support organizations of their choice and to ensure that employees have a voice in where DMC makes financial donations.
